Kısaca

Ağacın, aile üyelerinin isimleri, hatıraların, ses kayıtların ve fotoğrafların yalnız senin telefonunda (ve telefonunun kendi şifreli yedeğinde) tutulur. Biz bunları göremeyiz, sunucumuza gönderilmez.

e-Devlet belgen telefonunda okunur; T.C. kimlik numaraları ve cilt-hane numaraları okunduğu anda atılır, hiçbir yere kaydedilmez. Belgenin kopyası okuma bitince silinir.

Hesap açarsan sunucumuzda tutulanlar

Hesap ve AI araçları isteğe bağlıdır. Hesap açarsan: e-posta adresin (Apple ile girişte Apple'ın verdiği adres), hesap kimliğin, şifrenin geri döndürülemez özeti, kredi bakiyen, satın alma kayıtların (mağaza işlem kimlikleri) ve verdiğin izinlerin tarihleri tutulur.

Amaç: hesabını çalıştırmak, satın aldıklarını cihazlar arasında tanımak, kötüye kullanımı önlemek. Hukuki sebep: sözleşmenin ifası (KVKK m.5/2-c) ve meşru menfaat (m.5/2-f).

Yapay zekâ araçları (fotoğraf onarma ve canlandırma)

Yalnız senin seçtiğin tek fotoğraf, açık iznin alındıktan sonra işlenmek üzere sunucumuz üzerinden Google'ın Gemini API'sine (ABD) gönderilir. Ağacın, isimler ve hatıraların gönderilmez.

Fotoğraf ve sonuç sunucumuzda en geç 24 saat ya da sen indirene kadar tutulur, sonra silinir. Google, ücretli API verisini modellerini eğitmek için kullanmaz; kötüye kullanımı denetlemek için sınırlı süre saklayabilir. Canlandırılan videolarda görünür "AI" damgası ve Google'ın görünmez SynthID filigranı bulunur.

Yurt dışına aktarım (KVKK m.9): fotoğrafın ABD'deki Google sunucularına aktarılması için ayrı açık rızanı alırız; hesap verilerinin İtalya'daki sunucumuzda (OVHcloud, Milano) işlenmesi için de kayıt sırasında ayrı açık rızanı alırız. Rızanı geri çekebilirsin; bu durumda ilgili özellik kullanılamaz.

Hizmet sağlayıcılar

Google (Gemini API — ABD), OVHcloud (sunucu — İtalya), Resend (doğrulama e-postaları — ABD), Apple ve Google (uygulama mağazaları ve satın almalar).

Saklama süreleri

Hesap verileri hesabını silene kadar. Sunucu yedekleri 7 gün sonra silinir; silinen hesabın verisi yedeklerde en çok 7 gün kalır.

Hesabı silersen, hoş geldin kredisinin kötüye kullanılmasını önlemek için e-posta adresinin geri döndürülemez bir özeti (HMAC) 12 ay tutulur; e-postanın kendisi tutulmaz.

Reklam ve izleme

Reklam yok, izleme yok, üçüncü taraf analitik ya da çökme raporlama aracı yok.

Hakların (KVKK m.11, GDPR)

Verilerine erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlemeye itiraz etme, rızanı geri çekme ve şikâyet hakların vardır. Hesabını uygulamada Ben → Hesap → Hesabı sil ile ya da web sitemizdeki hesap silme sayfasından silebilirsin. Telefonundaki aile verisini Ayarlar → Tüm yerel veriyi sil ile silersin.

Çocuklar

Hesap açmak için 13 yaşından büyük olmalısın.

Privacy Policy

In short

Your tree, family names, memories, voice recordings and photos stay on your phone (and in your phone's own encrypted backup). We cannot see them; they are not sent to our server.

Your e-Devlet document is read on your phone; national ID numbers and registry volume numbers are discarded as soon as they are read and never stored. The copy of the document is deleted when reading ends.

If you create an account

An account and the AI tools are optional. If you create one we keep: your email (or the address Apple provides), account ID, a one-way hash of your password, your credit balance, purchase records (store transaction IDs) and the dates of your consents.

Purpose: running your account, recognising your purchases across devices, preventing abuse. Legal basis: contract and legitimate interest.

AI tools (photo restoration and animation)

Only the single photo you choose is sent, after your explicit consent, through our server to Google's Gemini API (USA). Your tree, names and memories are never sent.

The photo and the result stay on our server for at most 24 hours or until you download them, then they are deleted. Google does not use paid API data to train its models and may keep it for a limited time for abuse monitoring. Animated videos carry a visible "AI" stamp and Google's invisible SynthID watermark.

International transfers: we ask for your separate consent to transfer the photo to Google servers in the USA, and for your account data to be processed on our server in Italy (OVHcloud, Milan).

Service providers

Google (Gemini API — USA), OVHcloud (server — Italy), Resend (verification emails — USA), Apple and Google (app stores and purchases).

Retention

Account data until you delete your account. Server backups are deleted after 7 days.

When you delete your account we keep a one-way hash (HMAC) of your email for 12 months to prevent abuse of the welcome credits; not the email itself.

Ads and tracking

No ads, no tracking, no third-party analytics or crash reporting.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete your data, object, withdraw consent and complain to a supervisory authority. Delete your account in the app (Me → Account → Delete account) or on our website. Delete the family data on your phone in Settings → Delete all local data.

Children

You must be over 13 to create an account.

Changes

We announce changes in the app and at https://sulale.melberlabs.com. Last updated: 16.10.2026.
